Makerspaces are where minds are made
A makerspace is a collaborative workspace designed for making, learning, exploring, and sharing through hands-on projects. These spaces provide tools, materials, and equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters, woodworking tools, electronics, and software to support a wide variety of creative activities. Makerspaces often foster innovation and creativity, encouraging people of all ages and skill levels to design, prototype, and build projects.
In educational settings, makerspaces are often used to teach STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) concepts through practical, experiential learning, giving students opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges.
